Here’s the deal:
- You can keep all the numbers you have learned.
- When you count you have to be counting something that is quantifiable.
“1… 2… 3 Bavarian cream donuts.
By quantifiable we mean you could look at collections with different quantities. One plate has two donuts on it. Another plate has five donuts on it. Donuts are quantifiable.
This quantifiability gives us comparisons: less than, equal, greater than
